high quality fire starter.  Weight of bundle is approximate but will not be less than 8 ounces of wood (we aim between 8.0 - 8.3 ounces). You should expect to receive a half pound minimum, which is often equivalent to approximately 6-12 pieces of wood in total.  The images with 6 pieces is a sampling or example of what you should expect to receive.  This is premium firewood starter.

: New, unused, carefully weighed and repackaged into 1/2 lb bundles, not in original manufacturer's packaging (which is a bulk box).  We originally found this fatwood in an auction bidlot and sold out!  It sold so well that we purchased it in bulk directly from L.L. Bean to ensure we could keep it in stock.  We've made our best attempts to describe the fatwood as completely as possible.
