1930's Gibson L-30 Archtop Acoustic Guitar Black Refin L30 Needs TLC & Repair

This listing is for a Vintage 1930's Gibson L-30 Archtop Acoustic Guitar. This guitar is being sold as a Project for Restoration and will need repair. This guitar has been completely refinished black in a fairly amateur manner. The guitar plays fairly well and the action is low and comfortable but the guitar has not been professionally set up and will need some repair work to make it a professional quality guitar.
The guitar is a fairly good player but as I said the guitar will need some professional repairs. While the action is low and comfortable, the guitar will need some fret work and is a little buzzy on the low E string and around the 5th fret. I think a professional fret level and set up will take care of most of the issues.
The guitar has a very cool vintage-pre war look. The black refin appears to have been done decades ago. It also appears cheap rhinestones were glued around the edges of the guitar and headstock. The refinish was done over the bridge which is now sealed down. I have not attempted to move the bridge and it's not clear to me how tightly it is glued down. The tailpiece and bridge appear original. The tuners and truss rod cover are changed and not original. There is also evidence a pickup was mounted into the top and there some filled screws holes under the strings and a shadow from the pickup once was.
As I said at the beginning of the description this guitar is being sold as a project for repair and restoration and will need some repairs to achieve it's full potential. Please only buy this guitar if you are aware that it will require some professional repairs and adjustments.
The guitar comes with a non original chip-board soft shell case and will be expertly packed for safe shipping.
