    Description

    For your consideration is a 19th century guitar coffin case.  This one is in a little bit of rough shape with varying cracks and other forms of aging.  This still presents well enough.  There is a missing latch closure for the headstock area.  The other latch is present and the push-button mechanism stills works well.  In all, this is a nice old case with around 150 years or so of patina.
