OF THE "MADONNA OF THE APPLE",
BY LUCA DELLA ROBBIA (1399-1482, FLORENCE, ITALY),
VIRGIN MOTHER MARY AND BABY JESUS DESIGNED,
FROM THE HOLY IMAGES OF THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION SERIES,
MADE BY CHINTZIADIS BROTHERS, OF ATHENS, GREECE
NO PERSONAL MONOGRAMS OR ENGRAVINGS,
MEASURES 2-1/2" WIDE x 3" LONG x 5/8" THICK,
TOTAL WEIGHT OF 100.0 GRAMS
NO ORIGINAL BOX, NO PAPERWORK,
NO OTHER ACESSORIES INCLUDED
Shows light wear from use and aging, including typical minor surface marks, scratches, and a few light edge dents. It has been gently hand polished and ultrasonic cleaned in a mild dish soap, and it has nice shine and is very clean.  It is straight, not bent, has no personal monograms or engravings, with no major issues at all.  No original box, no paperwork, no other accessories included.
Front depicts a beautiful recreated image of the historical sculpture by Luca Della Robbia titled, Madonna of the Apple, of the Virgin Mary holding Jesus Christ, with information about it on the back.  Clearly marked on the back, bottom that this is 995 pure silver content, but I am unsure if these were weighted on the inside.
This is a beautiful piece in person, and would be a fantastic addition to anyone's collection, whether you collect the other sculptures in this series, unique Greek fine silver, or Christian icons!  A very hard to find item!
