Here is an interesting full feature UT thickness Machine–DANATRONCS EHC-09DLCW-COLOR SCREEN (not the cheaper monochrome screen). It is the top line model of this series of machines. It also has a small Color A-Display so you can tell if your return signal is good. Small enough to fit into your pocket. It shows a bit of use but in return does not have the ,000+ MSRP price.
When you are doing price comparison to other USED EHC-09 machines sold on ebay ..... please keep in mind that this is the top line full feature of this model with a color screen while those you see that sold for 0-0 on ebay are the monochrome screen with fewer features and no calibration standard/test block included. All the EHC-09 model machines use the same external case and markings on the case and you can not tell until you turn on the machine and the model# comes up. I have included photos of my testing of this machine prior to listing so you can see for yourself it is a working model, not a used model sold to you by a PROFESSIONAL eBay seller of multiple products, that relies on the seller to test the features on receiving and you have the hassle and time waste in doing a return if found deficient.

Protective Rubber case for the machine-it’s a soft rubber and easily bruised and this protective carry case has a few of those -see pictures to see what I am describing-but the protective rubber case is fully serviceable as the few bruises are surface only.
The protective case did its job and kept the machine from getting any dents or scratches.

I have run this machine on NiCad batteries but it is not recommended by the OEM as they specify 1.5V AA Alkaline Batteries only. When using NiCad batteries the battery life bar indicates incorrectly and the machine runs only a very short time before replenishment is necessary due to the lower voltage of the NiCd battery chemistry making the machine think the batteries are dead.This machine DOES NOT include any battery recharge capability so I have always just use the 1.5V AA Alkaline Batteries as specified by the OEM. I only guarantee what the OEM specified-that it requires 2 X 1.5V AA Alkaline batteries.
Let the pictures speak for themselves as I have tested all the features including download of data. Photos show the machine working on the test block, Backlight, Freeze Feature, Data logger Feature, and what the software looks like on the machine. I have ran through all the menu items and tested them. I also ran through the self-diagnosis test on the machine and the screen pixels, machines alarms, Voltage Parameters, and buttons showed as functional. I have used these machines to earn a living so buy with confidence when I say this machine is in good knick. I am not ISO certified so this machine will not come with certification papers but it has a legible model and serial number for traceability so there should be no issues with your vendor providing third part certification. Many machines on eBay do not come with a legible nameplate (gotta wonder why?) so be careful when you purchase one of these.
I am looking for a buyer in the industry that knows how these machines work and has good feedback here…. please no experimenter who gets bored with their purchase then decides to return as this costs me time and fees.

Full refund offered if significantly different than advertised/or damaged,  .... buyer responsible for return shipping costs if for buyer’s remorse .... too help share the costs with me. If machine shows evidence of tampering, or all items not returned clean and in good nick, then no refund will be issued ….
so please do not open the machine until you decide that it will not be returned (excluded battery compartment of course for user access). If you send this in for third party calibration/verification then please try to do so within the return period. If your calibration vendor needs to open this machine please have him contact me first.
