I wanted to say thank you to all our service men and women out there fighting for our country. My husband has been in the service for over 27 years and my son served his country as a United States Marine and is now a Wounded Warrior serving where he can. Both have served overseas so I can proudly say I know and understand what it means to say "Thank you" to all those who serve and all those who are left at home praying for their husbands, wives, sons and daughters. It is because of the sacrifices of those men and women we have the freedom we share in the USA.
PAYMENT TERMS
California Residents are expected to pay 8.00% sales Tax. I prefer PayPal. You can also use your credit card with PayPal directly.. I will only ship when payment has cleared. If you use the "Buy It Now" option, please pay within 24 hours. Otherwise payment is due within 7 days after the auction's end. If payment has not been received after 7 days, I will relist the item and report a non paying buyer to eBay.
SHIPPING POLICY
It takes us 1-4 working days to process the orders to the point of Shipping. I try to have multiple shipping options available for most items. Please note I take great pride in shipping to my customers.  But also know that most of my items are heavy and do cost to ship. I could add this price in the product as many sellers do but I choose not to.  I will give a refund for shipping if you are overcharged by a large amount. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International Shipping: Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding / buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please contact us via the methods available within eBay regarding any problems before leaving negative feedback. Any defects, damages, or material differences with your item, must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of the item or 14 days from date of shipment. The returned merchandise must be postmarked within 14 days of the shipment notification. All exchanges and returns will incur a 20% restocking fee due to our high eBay fees. We do not refund for shipping in either direction unless we sent you the wrong item or we sent you a damaged item. If your item had "Free Shipping" your refund will be the total minus what it cost to ship the item to you plus the 20% restocking fee. Please email us within 14 days of receipt of item if there are any problems with your merchandise and we will try to work things out to everyone’s satisfaction. Non-deliveries must be reported within 14 days of Shipment Notification. Undeliverable, unclaimed, refused, or insufficient addresses will be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping. Items returned used or damaged including damaged or missing retail packing will be subject to a 40% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping.
