The ERGO BOBBIN ADAPTER was developed to provide your fingers and hand relief from pinching small thin bobbin holders. This adapter provides you with a more comfortable grip of your bobbin holder. With its 1? diameter size, it complements the thread spool size and creates a larger surface area for you to grip. This in turn lets your hand naturally cradle the bobbin holder then pinching the neck of the bobbin.
The ERGO BOBBIN ADAPTER fits right over the mid-section neck of your bobbin holders you currently have at your fly tying vise. You secure it with two 3/8? set screws so it won?t fall off. We have a heavy duty clear heat shrink tubing that you size and cut to the mid-section neck of your bobbin holder. Then slide the tube over the neck of the holder and heat shrink. This way you don?t mark up your bobbin. With it weighing in at roughly 0.80oz, it adds virtually no weight to your bobbin holder.
May not be capable with some style rite bobbins, C & F Design bobbins, and some Loon bobbins.
It won?t work for the Flat coin bobbin holders. We will have an ergo bobbin adapter for coin style bobbins available in about a week.
