    HUGE Antique French Chapel Chalkware Plaster Statue Therese of Lisieux 16.1/4"
    A gorgeous antique French statue of Therese of Lisieux.  An unusually large size which suggests it was probably on display in a private chapel or church.  Seen here as normal holding a crucifix and bouquet of flowers.  Made by the well known statue maker, Pieraccini-Pelissier.  Therese of Liseux statue signed Pieraccini, manufacturer of religious statues from 1875. The workshop of Pieraccini-Pélissier in Tours, France was bought by the Bacci family in 1937 and still produces religious statues.  Perfect for displaying your rosaries etc.

    No chips or cracks, statue is marked over the passage of time - please refer to all photographs.
