Ideal Industries Vol-Con model 61-1048 voltage and continuity tester.  The button cell batteries that are required for the continuity function of this meter are not included, and the continuity function of this meter will not work without them.  There is a small crack in the positive red test probe which has been highlighted with a yellow arrow in the pictures.
