    Description

NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. NO INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS. I WILL ALLOW LOCAL PICKUP.
This is an acoustic guitar. The brand is Kiso Suzuki & the model number is W-180. The serial number dates this guitar to 1974. It looks, sounds, and plays wonderfully.
    This is a Japanese-made '
    Lawsuit-era'
flat top, designed after a Martin D-28. The headstock lettering even mimics Martin’s logo. No wonder Martin sued.
The neck is straight with appropriate relief. It has an adjustable truss rod and a slim neck profile, 1-11/16" at the nut, and a 25.5" scale. Good intonation up the neck. The frets are in great shape. Tuners work smoothly & properly. Very clean; no odors.
All parts appear original to the guitar.
    I installed a new set of light gauge Martin Marquis strings; gauges 12, 16, 25, 32, 42, 52.
The guitar does have two ‘issues’:
I can see a bit of glue residue at the bridge, so there may have been a repair.
There is a hairline crack at the bottom of the heel. It seems stable.
