    Description

    This is the OEM tachometer amplifier found on inside of the left fender of early 300D, 300TD, 300SD, and 300CD turbodiesels. It has been completely reworked and resealed, road-tested for over 100 miles, and is assured to be in good working order.  The electrolytic capacitor has been replaced with an OEM spec component, and the entire electrical assembly is vacuum-potted in electronics-grade silicone sealant.
    It is secure from road vibration, heat, dust, oil, washer fluid, power steering fluid, etc.
    This amplifier uses a solid-state op-amp chip which is robust, simple, and extremely reliable.
