For those unfamiliar with a rotary vise, you spin handle and rotary axis, which spins the hook as your material is held in place to wrap it into a fly, instead of wrapping your materials around a stationary hook (which can be frustrating and create less uniform results).  Rotaries have become indispensable for creating top-quality patterns in less time--double or triple your production!
