The Omron D2VW-5L3-1HS SPDT 5A 125V Watertight Miniature, Sealed, Chassis Mount Snap Action Microswitch is a high quality watertight, high precision single pole double throw snap action switch. Switch body meets IP67 requirements. Use of epoxy resin assures high sealing capability and is ideal for dusty places or where water is sprayed.
The internal mechanism design assures high precision and durability.
Often found in automotive, agricultural machines, large-scale home appliances, and industrial equipment applications requiring high environmental resistance.

NOTES:
Soldering:
When soldering the lead wires to the terminals, first insert the lead wire conductor through the terminal hole and then conduct soldering.
Complete the soldering at the iron tip temperature between 350 to 400°C within 5 seconds, and do not apply any external force for 1 minute after soldering.
Soldering at excessively high temperature or soldering for more than 5 seconds may deteriorate the characteristics of the switch.
Operating Body:
With the pin plunger models (switches ordered and received without an Omron supplied actuator), set the switch so that the plunger can be pushed in from directly above.
Since the plunger is covered with a rubber cap, applying a force from lateral directions may cause damage to the plunger or reduction in the sealing capability.
