  • Condition: Good used Condition! These are two indigenous handheld perscussion instruments that are shakers. One is made out of a gourd, with a wooden handle. It measures approx 10" H x 3.5" W and weighs about 6 oz. The other shaker is made of 28 pangi nut shells from SE Asia, strung at the top of a bamboo handle. It measures approx 9.25" H x 6" W and weighs approx 6.7 oz. The nut shells makes a rich unusual sound! Both are in good condition. There are some fine cracks in the bamboo handle but it is strong and stable. These will add tone and fun to any musical jam session!
