    Description

    This is a pair of a rare  Papilio aegeus ( undescribed ssp. ), from Peleng Island ( Indonesia ). They were a relatively unknown subspecies, never before seen on dealer's lists. This is the first time we have seen this subspecies, in our nearly 70 year history, never having seen them previous to this past week's shipment! We have only 2 dozen of these beautiful rarities, so get yours now. A stunning addition to any collection of Asian Papilionidae.
