    Description

    Parachute Gallows Tool  for Tying Parachute Flies - FV2166
    Aides in tying parachute flies. For use with standard hackle pliers.  Attach hackle pliers to end of parachute material and place the pliers to the hook.  Hook has spring attached for added tension. Parachute tool attaches to shaft of vise with a thumbscrew.   Fits to standard 3/8" or smaller shaft.
