A post World War 2 German hunting hanger, 13 inch single edged blade, each side of the blade etched with various scenes and animals and a huntsman with his rifle and his dog, the ricasso stamped with the makers logo of Carl Eichorn company Solingen Germany, 2 piece
antler horn hilt secured by 3 cast acorn heads either side,
brass knuckle bow the plain brass shell-guard  the quillon terminating in a hoof, contained in the original black leather sheath with brass mounts top and bottom the top mount with an acorn clip for securing to a belt frog. Complete with a
(Heer Portepee). A Heer EM/NCO’s portepee, consisting of a stylized acorn constructed of twisted and rolled silver aluminum wire, with a stem of identical construction transitioning into a green cotton threaded strap with dual bands of machine-embroidered silver aluminum wire
