Rare Vintage Richter Accoustic Hawaiian Guitar / 1930s

Rare 1930s C.Richter Accoustic Guitar - Inside Number reads:  871 as far as what I can make of it.
On Neck close to sound hole reads: Paramount Conservatory of Music Hawaiian Guitar Pender St. W. Vancouver, BC. -
There is a slight seperation on wood right  under end of neck around white trim on hole. Picture shows.
Missing small peg at bottom for string. String is with it, needs to be attached. Sold As Is and  Seen. I am not a Guitar Player.
Guitar sounds Great. Was demonstrated by previous owner. Does have Age Wear  mainly on top of neck end. Photo shows.
Definetly a Historic Antique. Great Item for your collection. Found only one similar here on Site.
