Regal Fly Tying Vise

Regal Fly Tying Vise.
The vise is absolutely solid. No shake or looseness in the compression handle so I suspect it was purchased and sat for years w minimal or very little use at all. I own and use Regals so I have many to compare this to and such is my evaluation that it has little use.
Comes as pictured. Has adjustable desktop mount, and adjustable arm for mounting a white back plate (not included).
All adjustments on the vise, desk mount and mounting arm hold tightly.
Perfect as a primary vise or a killer back up vise.
