Orders placed before 2:00PM Eastern Time typically ship the same day or the next business day. If there will be any delay with shipping your order, we will contact you right away. Our shipping department ships orders Monday - Friday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
SHIPPING LOCATION & METHODS
Most orders ship quickly from our centrally located Dayton, Ohio store via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Occasionally, we will ship an order directly from the manufacturer, if it will reach you faster. We do provide tracking information for all orders.
SHIPPING COSTS
We offer Free Ground Shipping for most orders in the United States. For express or international shipping, please see the shipping rates on the product page.
DELIVERY TIME
Standard Free Shipping will deliver in the U.S. within 3-6 business days from the time we ship your order. If you choose to pay for Express shipping, delivery will be made in 2-3 business days. This does not includes weekends or holidays. International orders will arrive on average 10-21 days after shipment, depending on your country's customs office.

If you have a required deadline that your order must be received by, please communicate this to the ReelFlyRod Pro Staff. We will make sure your order arrives in time. Typically our standard free shipping will arrive between 2-6 business days. This is a general guideline and if you think there is any chance it won’t in time for your important trip, please choose one of our guaranteed express shipping options.

Your order may be subject to additional customs, import duties and taxes, which are beyond our control, vary by country, and are not included in the shipping price.
