    Umpqua ’s Dream Stream Plus Tying Scissors are designed with special care for the discerning fly tyer. The surgical grade Japanese stainless steel micro-serrated blades are shaped and hand-set to cut smoothly and crisply through the whole length of the blade.
    Unique squeeze cutting-action allows for a very narrow and streamlined profile that can be held easily in the palm while tying.
