This is the Vintage 1971 Martin USA D-12-35 Natural Acoustic Guitar Project.
24.75" scale. 1.89" nut width. 15 5/8" bottom bout. 4 5/8" deep.
.82"-.95" 1st to 10th fret neck depth.
Martin has been making some of the world's finest instruments for over a century.
This D-12-35 features a solid spruce top and East Indian rosewood back/sides.
This gives you great bottom end while allowing that 12 string sparkle to shine.
Big and beautiful.
This D-12 has a comfortable soft V neck profile.
This Martin is listed as a project due to a gap in the neck heel just big enough to slide a piece of paper in- not the worst news as this is definitely a reset candidate.
This, combined with the top sink, results in action of 5/32" at the 12th fret low E and 5/64" at the 5th fret.
Slight backbow on the bass side of the neck, relief on the treble side.
Cracks in bridge.
