1982 Knoxville Tennessee World's Fair Cap. Tag reads, "World's Fair Souvenirs Inc., 100% Cotton, Made in Hong Kong, Size 52 CM - 56 CM". USA size 6 3/8 to 7.  Cap is in good shape, no holes or tears, clean on the inside, appears to be worn very little, dirt and smudges on outside areas, needs cleaning.
