Vintage Antique Hand Painted Celluloid Jesus Infant of Prague 040E
Original package appears never opened, though some punctures in the plastic.  Base is possibly wood though that may be felt seen through the plastic.
A little tilted when standing in plastic, although it's expected to stand straight when removed (I do not want to open it).
Hand-painted, very good condition.
