REFUNDS/RETURNS/DAMAGE:As a rule, returns are not accepted.  Not only do we clean and inspect each item when listing we also re-inspect prior to shipping to ensure the item is in the same condition as when listed.  If the condition has changed, we will contact you for resolution. If we miss something, please contact us with the same courtesy you would expect in return. We are easy to work with but will be firm and fair.  If your item arrives damaged, please immediately contact us and provide photos of the damaged item and box /packaging.  Please do not fix, alter, repair the item. This is against Ebay and our own policy. If an item arrives damaged, you agree to take photos of the item and the packaging. These are REQUIRED for all Postal Insurance Claims.
SHIPPING: We are happy to combine shipping on most multiple item purchases, but only if we are contacted in advance.  Ebay charges seller fees on shipping as well as items so we are unable to offer refunds of overages after an item has sold and been paid for.  All items are shipped as economically as possible and by calculated weight (estimated based on packing material and box size).  Excessive overages will be refunded.  Any item that is shipped 1
