It was in rough condition but has been cleaned and disinfected. It is in very solid and undamaged condition. One side is yellowed and I believe that's from light exposure. The wiring looks ok but maybe rewire it for safety..for that reason it's sold "for parts only".  It hasn't been tested and is sold as is as shown(probably works great). Buy it now or send an offer.
