Vintage Bl. Teresa of the Child Jesus (of Lisieux) Metal Plaque 3.75" pre 1925🌹

Description

Theresa of the Child Jesus and the Holy Face was born in1873 and died in 1897 (24 years old). She was beatified on 4.29.1923 and canonized on 5.17.1925. This mini plaque of 3 3/4" in length had to be made before her canonization in 1925 so it is almost 100 years old! Amazing condition that was lovingly cared for over three generations.
This is a real treasure of this famous saint!
I am guessing it is of a Copper/ brass composition, but may be a bronze facing with a copper backing.
"I will spend Heaven doing good upon Earth" and "After my death I will let fall a Shower of Roses" with a coat of arms are prominently displayed in a scrolled cartouche.
After many decades of collecting anything and everything, it is time to let go.
