Vintage Fishing Fly tying Kit Rotating Vise Stand Bobbin Tools in Wood Box

Vintage FlyTying Kit with Rotating Vise, stand, bobbin holder and tools.
The stand base is mounted in the wood box but can be removed and bolted to a table as it has 4 corner holes. I do not know what brand it is, all I find for markings is (India) on the tools. This set was inherited, and I do not tie flies. But please ask any questions and I will answer the best I can.
