Vintage Rare 1986 Alvarez 5223 Dark Rosewood Acoustic Guitar

Description

This is a 5223 in dark rosewood, built in 1986. The neck is made of mahogany. Alvarez produced very few of this acoustic guitar model, and only a handful of those were made with these woods. It’s beautiful and it sounds outstanding. Other than a few minor dings, it’s in excellent condition.
It has a brand new set of Ernie Ball medium Earthwood strings on it.
