    Vintage Spiral Wire and Fence Twist Tool, Insulated Handle with Hook Style End
    This one extends on an internal spiral extension rod, as shown.  Has a wire attachment hook on one end.  The butt end is drilled to take a lanyard or wire.
    Unit is approx 12" long, when closed and 17" when extended.
    Never seen one done in this style, with a wrapped handle.
