    Description

    This is a vintage Tri-Chem liquid embroidery kit by Bucilla # 7074.  It includes the stamped black flocked panel and chart/instructions.  It has been partially completed.  There is no paint.  The panel is 60% cotton/40% rayon and measures about 37" x 14".  A unique beauty!
